Turtle Rush was forged in Hot Springs Arkansas as an original dirty folk-grass duo consisting of Hunter Gonzales of Turtle Clan and Benjamin Rush of Lester Rush. The duo has spent years writing and honing their distinct style. Turtle Rush has had the pleasure of playing with many skilled musicians and connecting with great people. Turtle Rush has expanded into a four-piece band with the additions of percussionist, Dylan Kuchel, and bassist, Allen Sprafke. Turtle Rush has a unique sound that combines various genres and styles. Their sound ranges from deep and soulful to light-hearted and playful with driving acoustic guitar which is accompanied by psychedelic mandolin. Turtle Rush believes that all people are connected, that love is the most powerful force of all, and that music is one of the best ways to channel it.
